Your loss, and grief that accompanies it are very personal, different from anyone
else's grief.

It stands alone in it's meaning to you, in it's painful uniqueness.
Your life continues, but you are not sure why.

You will survive, though you may not be sure how or even if you want to, and
your world stops.

When we lose someone or something, we are often left with many regrets about
all those things we wish we had said, all those things we wish we had done.
We may regret what we didn't do or didn't say.
We keep going back over things we regret and wish we could go back and
change.
But, remember, you did the best you could do at that time in your life.
Allow yourself to grieve. Remember, grief can hold healing not only for the loss
but also for you as a person.
Sometimes, having someone to talk to, show pictures to and pray with is good
for the health and the soul.

I am here to share your grief with you. Grief has no timeframe, no stages of grief. We all grieve in different ways, unique to us.
Don't grieve alone, share your pain, don't suffer alone.

Please write a short story about what you are going through, and I will contact
you shortly.
